Pumpkin Pancakes

Almost every Saturday morning we have pancakes and bacon for breakfast. The kids know it's Saturday because Troy is home. They will run into our room and say "Daddy's here Let's make pancakes!" Then they run into the kitchen and start pulling out bowls and eggs. Maddie can almost make them without asking me how- she is quite the little cook. This past Saturday she wanted to make pancakes that looked like Pumpkins so we poured the batter into a metal pumpkin cookie cutter. She was pretty proud of how they turned out.Sam with his pancakes. He didn't help cook them this Saturday because he and Troy were chasing squirrels around in the back yard.....don't ask!
