Yesterday Troy turned 36! The kids had a lot of fun planning surprises for Daddy which made the day special. His company was doing computer maintenance so he had most of the day off which worked out nice for us :-) Surprises included chocolate chip muffins for breakfast, a trip to Chic-fil-a for lunch, an afternoon nap (uninterrupted!), homemade lasagna and homemade death by chocolate cheese cake for supper.
Megan has been waiting patiently (or maybe not) for her birthday. She was singing "Happy Birthday" yesterday randomly and tacked on the end "and when will it ever be my birthday? Happy Birthday to Daddy!!" And to that momma says soon baby girl, too soon!
